Gold VIP Seating Package for Four
We want you to enjoy your Gold VIP Seating Package and intend to make all of this as simple and easy as possible. By purchasing the Gold VIP Seating Package (the Gold Package), you are entitled to receive four (4) VIP Reserved Seating Tickets and four (4) General Seating Tickets to a 2009 Habitually Great Intensive (HGI). You will also receive four (4) autographed copies of Mark F. Weinstein's Habitually Great book which will be sent to the address provided during registration. Additionally, at check-in, each Gold VIP Package participant will receive a Habitually Great tote bag and workbook which can only be collected at the HGI. To take advantage of the Gold VIP Seating Package offer, you will be required to provide valid credit card details during registration.
Rescheduling and Cancellations for the Gold VIP Seating Package
For Date of Attendance Changes and Cancellations, please call 1-877-271-PEAK (7325).
Date of Attendance Changes
Attendance date changes must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the event you are scheduled to attend. There will be a $100 administrative fee for any Gold VIP Package date of attendance change.
Cancellations
With any Gold VIP cancellation, you get to keep the 4 autographed books that were shipped to you.
For cancellations made within fifteen (15) days of your initial registration, there will be a $150 administrative fee. Verification of this cancellation is by your receipt of a "Gold VIP $150 Cancellation" confirmation email from Peak Life Habits, Inc.
For cancellations made after 15 days of your initial registration and at least five (5) days prior to the seminar, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. Verification of this cancellation is by your receipt of a "Gold VIP $300 Cancellation" confirmation email from Peak Life Habits, Inc.

Free General Seating Package for Two
By purchasing a copy of Mark F. Weinstein's book, Habitually Great: Master Your Habits, Own Your Destiny (the Book), you are entitled to complimentary tuition (the Tuition) for two general seating tickets, subject to seating and date availability to a Spring 2009 Habitually Great Intensive (HGI) seminar for two (2) people.
Limit: Complimentary General Seating Tuition is available for two persons for each Book purchased.
This offer is applicable only to 2009 HGIs. Please use the reference number printed in the certificate on the inside front pages of your book when you register. Admission to the program is complimentary; participants are responsible for their travel and other costs. The offer is limited to the Habitually Great Intensive seminar only, and your registration in the seminar is subject to availability of space and/or changes to the program and schedule/details. Seating is limited and this offer may change without notice, so please register today.
Course materials can only be collected in person at check-in to the HGI attended and will not be shipped directly to any customer address.
Rescheduling and Cancellations for the Complimentary Tuition Package:
Cancellations and rescheduling requests may be made by calling 1-877.271.PEAK (7325).
We want you to enjoy your HGI and intend to make all of this as simple and easy as possible. Free cancellation requests can be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the HGI. These requests are verified by your receipt of a "Free Cancellation" confirmation email from Peak Life Habits, Inc., which allows you to avoid being charged a "no-show" fee.
Because we guarantee your free seat, for HGI room planning purposes there will be a $150 no-show fee that will only charged if you do not attend and do not call to cancel at least fourteen (14) days prior to your HGI in accordance with the paragraph above. If you decide to change your date of attendance, there will be $100 administrative tuition fee for any date of attendance change. If you do not attend and do not cancel or change you date of attendance at least fourteen (14) days prior to the HGI for which you registered, you will also be charged $100 for each of your registered guest seats that is not used. If you attend and your guest does not attend, there will be no charge for your unused guest seats.
To take advantage of the generous, Free HGI General Seating/Complimentary Tuition Offer, you are required to provide valid credit card information during registration. Any charges will be in careful accordance with the terms and conditions above.

Peak Life Habits, Inc. cannot, of course, guarantee any results, that is where you come in! Participants are responsible for managing their well being and taking care of their travel, lodging, meals and all other related costs while attending the program.
